Spatestens seit dem bioinformatischen Innovationsschub (Big Data) kann eine risikoadaptierte Anwendung von prophylaktischen Massnahmen umfassend gewahrleistet werden. Jedoch koennen die gegebenen Rechtskategorien (primare Pravention, Vorsorge, Krankenbehandlung) das medizinische Anwendungsfeld nicht adaquat steuern.
