Amac Bu calismada yogun bakim unitesinde takip edilen SIRS kriterlerini saglayan hastalarda suPAR, APACHE II, CRP, prokalsitonin (PCT), laktat degerlerinin mortalite oranlari ile olan iliskilerinin ortaya konulmasi amaclandi. Yoentem: Yirmi dokuzu Dahiliye Yogun Bakim unitesinden ve 29'u Reanimasyon unitesinden toplam 58 hasta calismaya alindi. Ilk 24 saatteki APACHE II skoru, birinci ve besinci gun suPAR, CRP, PCT, laktat degerleri belirlendi. Bulgular: Hastalarin yogun bakim unitesindeki ilk 24 saatte bakilan APACHE II skoru, suPAR, CRP, PCT, laktat ve WBC degerlerine ait ROC egrileri incelendiginde AUC en fazla APACHE II'de (AUC:0,824) sonrasinda suPAR1 (AUC:0,673), PCT1 (AUC:0,628), laktat1 (AUC:0,528), CRP1 (AUC:0,526) seklinde idi. Besinci gun bakilan suPAR, CRP, PCT ve Laktat degerlerine ait ROC egrileri incelendiginde AUC PCT5 (AUC:0,769), laktat5 (AUC:0,733), suPAR5 (AUC: 0,687) ve CRP5 (AUC:0,648) tespit edildi. Sonuc Yogun bakimda yatan hastalarin mortalite hizini oengoermede en etkili yoentem APACHE II skorlamasi iken PCT5, laktat5, suPAR5, suPAR1 degerlerinin en etkin olan diger biyomarkirlar oldugu bulundu.
