Turkiye Florasi'nda Ziziphora L. (Lamiaceae) cinsi 5 tur ve 6 taksonla (Z. clinopodioides Lam., Z. capitata L., Z. persica Bunge, Z. tenuior L., Z. taurica Bieb. subsp. taurica, Z. taurica Bieb. subsp. cleonioides (Boiss.) Davis ) temsil edilmektedir.Morfolojik calismalarda taksonlarin ayrintili deskripsiyonlari verilip, cizimlerle desteklenmistir. Mikromorfolojik calismalarda polen, trikom ve tohum yuzeyi hem SEM hem de isik mikroskobunda incelenmistir. Anatomik calismalarda turlerin koek, goevde, yaprak ve petiyolleri isik mikroskobunda ayrintili olarak incelenmis ve mikrofotograflari cekilerek cizimlerle desteklenmistir. Bunlara ilaveten taksonlarin kromozom sayilari belirlenmistir. Sonuc olarak; mikromorfolojik, morfolojik, anatomik ve sitogenetik calismalardan elde edilen oenemli karakterler belirlenmis ve cinsin sistematigine katki saglanmistir.
