Cumhurbaskaninin secim usulu konusunda uygulanmak uzere bir de 26/01/2012 tarih ve 6271 sayili Cumhurbaskani Secimi Kanunu cikarilmistir. Iste bu calismada mevcut anayasal duzenlemeler ve Cumhurbaskani Secimi Kanunu basta olmak uzere diger secim mevzuatindan da yeri geldigince faydalanmak suretiyle bir secim hukuku calismasi olarak cumhurbaskani secimi konusu incelenecektir. Calismamizin oezunu, cumhurbaskanligi secimi: duzenlenmesi, yoenetilmesi ve uyusmazliklarinin coezumu konulari olusturmaktadir. Bu konunun secilmesindeki amac, konunun yeni bir duzenlemeye dayanmasidir.
