Bu goerusten hareketle kadin ve erkek yoeneticilerin yoenetsel tutum ve davranislarinda cinsiyet faktoerune iliskin yapilan arastirma calismanin amacini olusturmaktadir. Arastirma Afyon il merkezi ve ilcelerdeki banka subelerinde yoenetici pozisyonunda bulunan banka calisanlarini kapsamaktadir. Arastirmada anket yoentemi kullanilmistir. Yoenetici pozisyonunda bulunan toplam 164 banka calisanindan 97'si anketi cevaplamistir ve cevaplayanlarin tumu degerlendirmeye alinmistir. Verilerin analizinde tanimlayici istatistiksel metotlari (Sayi, Yuzde, Ortalama, Standart sapma) kullanilmistir. Katilimcilarin demografik oezelliklerini tespit etmek icin frekans analizi yapilmistir. Degiskenlerin aritmetik ortl. ve standart sapmalari hesaplanmistir
