Turkiye'deki yoenetim/oergut yazininin, olusum yillarindan itibaren Amerika Birlesik Devletleri'nin (ABD) etkisi altinda kaldigi bilinmektedir. Turkiye'de 1960'li yillarin sonlarinda ayri bir disiplin niteligi kazanan personel/insan kaynaklari yoenetimi (IKY) alani da, ABD'deki bilgi ve uygulamalarin Turkiye'ye transfer edilmesi ile sekillenmistir. Bu kitapta yer alan calismada, Turkiye'deki IKY yazininda ABD etkisinin devam edip etmedigi sorusuna yanit aranmistir. Bu amacla, Turkiye ve ABD IKY yazinlari, 2004-2015 yillari arasindaki doenemde ele aldiklari konular acisindan, icerik analizi yoentemi uygulanarak karsilastirilmistir.
