Kalp krizi geciren hastalarda goerulen ani oelumlerin en oenemli nedeni meydana gelen ventrikuler aritmilerdir. Hastaneye ulastirilan hastalarin tikali damarlarinin acilmasi sonucu iskemik miyokardiyum tekrar perfuze edilebilmektedir (reperfuzyon). Ancak miyokardiyal reperfuzyon da iskemi gibi siddetli ve oelumcul ventrikuler aritmilerin meydana gelmesine yol acmaktadir. Bu nedenle iskemi/reperfuzyon sonucu meydana gelen ventrikuler aritmilerin oenlenmesi icin daha etkili tedavi yoentemleri arastirilmaktadir. Kannabidiol, Cannabis sativa bitkisinden elde edilen psikolojik etkileri bulunmayan bir bitkisel kannabinoittir. Sativeks ticari ismiyle satisa sunulmus olup, Huntington hastaligi ve inflamasyon tedavilerinde kullanilmaktadir. Bu kitapta kannabidiol'un iskemi/reperfuzyon aritmilerine olan etkileri ve olasi etki mekanizmasini aydinlatmak icin yapdigimiz arastirmalarin sonuclari sunulmustur.
