Bu calismanin amaci; sprinterlerin musabaka doenemi performans parametrelerindeki degisimlerin belirlenmesi, kisa ve uzun adimla kosu ek alistirmalarinin sprint kosusu ivmelenme zamanina etkisinin incelenmesidir. Calismaya 100m kosu zamanlari 10.45-11.30sn olan goenullu 15 sprinter katilmistir. Calisma 2'ser mikrosiklus iceren 2 mezosiklus evresinde yapilmistir. Sprinterler 1. mezosuklus oencesi-sonrasi testleri ardindan 2. mezosuklus oencesi rastgele 3 gruba [kontrol grubu (KG), kisa adim grubu (KAG), uzun adim grubu (UAG)] ayrilmistir. Her sprinter antrenmanini uygularken KAG kisa ve UAG'de uzun kosu adimiyla 6x40m haftada 3 kez 2 hafta ek kosu yapmistir ve tekrar oelcum protokollerine alinmistir. Antropometri, ivmelenme kinematik analizi, sicrama, dinamik kuvvet, anaerobik guc-kapasite, izokinetik kas kuvveti (60, 180, 300 Degrees.sn-1'de diz ekstensiyon-fleksiyon), laktat esigi-maksimal oksijen tuketimi (VO2maks)-kalp atim hiz degerlerinin belirlenmesi testleri uygulanmis ve antrenman bilesenleri goezlenmistir.
