Puis il presente la periode de l'occupation anglaise et celle du developpement de la colonie acadienne lorsqu'elle est redevenue francaise. Dans le deuxieme tome, l'auteur couvre la periode de 1710 a 1763. A travers ce parcours historique, l'auteur vous propose des textes d'epoque afin de vous impregner du contexte. Enfin, plusieurs rubriques agrementent cet essai pour faciliter la comprehension de cette histoire tumultueuse.
