The activities placed them right at the base of the mountain. The clouds were setting in again for another rain. Let’s hope the rain will hold off just a little longer. Come, My Lady, he whispered as he parked the truck, and they got out. After several hours, the wind and rain has started. Erik had his jacket just for Mary if needed. He wrapped it around her shoulders. For a moment she thought he was going to kiss her. Her heart already fluttering greedily in her throat, she suddenly didn’t trust her own common sense. So, she put on a painful expression and informed him, It’s so damn cold there’s no feeling left in my feet and hands. She was right, the rain had added a colder chill in the air not to mention the wind.
