Book of Poems and Prayer for All Seasons
James Al Reas
The "Prayer for all Seasons" is an attempt to bring people and humanity more closer to God. Humanity had drifted away from his graces. My last job in the Philippines was with Great Pacific Life Assurance Corporation as Regional Manager for fifteen years. Me and my late wife Lilia has the chance to live and worked at the US Naval Base in Atsugi Japan. My son-in-law Artison Salinas Lozada was married to our eldest daughter Rapunzel. He was stationed there and is now a retired Master Chief after thirty years of duty and service. I worked in Japan as Duty Manager in the Enlisted Men's Club as a civilian employee of the MWR ( mMora;e Welfare and Recreation) with Rapunzel and her Mom too. When my son-in-law's tour overseas duty ended in 1998, we moved with and his family to San Diego US Naval Base. We lived with them for a while until I finally found a job in San Jose Job Corps, San Jose CA, as a Residential Living Advisor. San Jose Job Corps is a school for disadvantaged youth financed by the Department of Labor. Our company Craeer System Development Corp. is a private corporation under contract with DOL to operate the facility. Overall that time there were One Hundred and Twenty Jobs COrps all over United States. We were number one when I joined the company in June 14, 1999. I retired on December 31. 2021, after Twenty-Two years of service at age 82. I now live here in Murrieta CA., with my family. In the Philippines I worked for 35 years plus 22 years here arriving at an overall total of 57 years. God had been good to me for his Love, Guidance, Peace, and Good Health. Praise the Almight God.
