IN THIS TIME OF UNCERTAINTY and change, it may be time for us to reassess our thinking on how we are living our lives. What is your truth? Where do you find beauty? What is important for you? Is there "baggage" that pulls you down and keeps you locked within a particular way of thinking? Try taking some moments to focus on God and listen for any promptings. We all need to refresh at times. If this is a time for you to rethink and refresh and reconnect with God, my prayer is that you respond with praise and thanksgiving and action.

I have prayed for the Holy Spirit's direction throughout the entire writing of this book, and I have prayed that you the reader will find some enlightenment or help along the way.
