Jack had one dream - to become a world class chef. Then he died saving his mom from a burglar. Luckily, death was only the beginning.

Jack awakens in a strange new world where magic and monsters are real and he has some sort of heads up display that acts like he's in a video game. Strangely, his pet hamster seems to have been reincarnated with him, but is it really his beloved Cheezeburger?

When a friend in the new world gets in trouble and needs money quickly, Jack jumps at the opportunity to go adventuring to earn the needed gold. He straps on a kettle lid as armor, hefts his mighty frying pan, and heads into a nearby dungeon created by ancient gods.

Only, there's a catch - isn't there always? Elves speak of a great darkness in the dungeon and it might just be part of a dead god who wants to suck the souls out of adventurers so he rise again.

But hey, Jack has plenty of experience playing MMORPGs and tabletop roleplaying games. Plus, he's got a raedeen pugilist, a satyr oracle, and a kleppin tinkerer to help him out! What could possibly go wrong?

A fun, light-hearted, crunchy LitRPG using the MythCraft RPG rules!
