Most of my early life I felt like I was on a roller coaster of one crisis and trauma after the next. Due to lack of knowledge, wisdom, and professional resources of how to prevent some of the crises I experienced, sadly, I suffered many crises in life. Thankfully, I begin to learn knowledge from God, spiritual advisers, and professional counselors, wisdom and mental health techniques, on how to prevent crises and make it through crises.
