Good news: On 25 May 2021 was announced that the Presidents of the United States and Russia will meet in Geneva on 16 June 2021. The two presidents will discuss the current status of and prospects for bilateral relations, strategic stability problems, as well as current issues on the international agenda, including cooperation in countering the coronavirus pandemic, and settlement of regional conflicts.
Note: Such meetings sometimes bring great practical results, and people do hope this one will do just that - focus on peace, no arms, freedom, good health, good education, good jobs, harmony and prosperity for all.
Also, the U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met Wednesday, 19 May - they agreed to work together, despite differences, which is good news for everybody.
