Derrick is determined to forge his own legacy in The Murder Capital streets of the Nation’s Capital. As his baby brother Bradley who doesn’t have the heart or the stomach to be a part of all of the violence and chaos ponders on why he isn’t like his family at all, he still wishes that he had the same respect that shedding blood at the blink of an eye brought his brothers and cousins.
