Author Ellen Tomaszewski has been directing people through he Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life (SEEL) of St. Ignatius in connection with the Jesuits (Oregon then West Province) since 1989, and has been the coordinator of the Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life (SEEL) program in her area since 1998. She loves Ignatian Spirituality and feels called to help people discover God’s mercy and deep love through prayer and spiritual direction.
