Equipping Christians for Spiritual Warfare

Christians battle against rulers and authorities, the powerful evil forces of fallen angels headed by Satan, a vicious fighter (1 Pet. 5:8). To withstand these attacks, believers must pray in the Spirit. They must depend on God’s strength and use every piece of His armor. Spiritual warfare can be overwhelming. It is important to understand the nature of spiritual warfare and the reality of human existence in order to be able to understand oneself as an individual and as a Christian. The extent of awareness of Christians and their response to the Kingdom of Light and the Kingdom of Darkness. They were firm in their conviction that spiritual strength and courage are necessary for spiritual warfare and that they have no sufficient strength of their own. All sufficiency is derived from God. It is God’s Spirit that gives believers the courage to take decisive action.
