Whether it’s scrambled eggs with salsa or salmon ceviche you fancy, pork chimichangas or fish burritos, or beef tostaditas or roast cauliflower & chickpea enchiladas, Mexican food is all about variety and using the freshest ingredients. Plus, they do a pretty good margarita too!
