Detective Sgt Dan Brennan and his team begin the investigation on the murdered police officers with no evidence or motives, but they learn the cops were under criminal investigation. The media commences the rumoured rreporting of a hooded man killing with a vigilante intent around the country.

The Federal Police form a task force But when the Prime Minister is kidnapped and a series of attacks aginst the city begin without remorse or reason, the squad realises there is a larger band of rebels involved in the campaign to undermine and harm anyone in their way…but then who they are and why they are doing this is what Dan Brennan needs to uncover in order to stop the madness in the city and save the Prime Minister.
