Positive affirmations are personal statements made in the present tense, encouraging us to live as we wish to live right here, right now - rather than in the distant future. Affirmations are a simple but powerful practice that can help overcome negative self-talk, inspire change and reconnect us with our values and passions. They even help us to answer the biggest questions of all; who am I and why am I here?
