My name is Sarah and I am on the verge of turning fifty. For most of my life I battled with my mental health, particularly extreme anxiety. After many years of CBT and copious of medication I realised I was falling into a deeper hole of depression. So I decided to self-help myself by doing one new challenge each month and blog it. The response I received was over whelming and made me realise for the first time in a long time it's okay to be me. This book is about the one year of me being me.
