This is a revised, expanded and improved version of the book we published in 2014. The whole content has been dismantled, overhauled and put back together again so that it reflects the changing demands of English Literature GCSEs. Whereas the first version was the product of one teacher brain, this one has the benefit of two brains and two difference experiences of teaching hundreds of pupils how to write essays.
