Charles Nelson, known as �Bopa�, was an incredible character and his grandson has lovingly put together a short but exciting biography. Those were the days when people thought nothing of shooting tigers and heading off into uncharted jungles on safari. How times have changed. How many of us now shoot partridges off the back of an elephant which also doubled as the picker up or picked off salmon with a 20-bore? A relation of both Nelson and Walpole he was certainly a one-off.
