Steven graduated from Yale Law School and practiced at Debevoise & Plimpton and Cravath, Swaine & Moore. GIEDRE LIDEIKYTE HUBER is Assistant Professor of Tax Law at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and a Researcher at the Swiss National Science Foundation. She is an Assessor Judge for tax matters. She graduated from the University of Geneva, Maastricht University, the Netherlands, and Vilnius University, Lithuania.
