This book is designed for children in Primary or Elementary school. It is all about healthy eating. The text is minimal but suitable for children up to age ten or eleven; the story if mainly conveyed in the pictures. The book contrasts the effect of eating healthy food with unhealthy food on the lives of Sid and Roy. Sid’s good breakfast helps him concentrate at school, but Roy’s poor breakfast leaves him feeling tired and distracted. Sid’s good lunch keeps him active and creative at school, but Roy’s poor lunch leaves him feeling tired and uninspired. After school, Sid has plenty of energy to play with his friends, bu Roy falls asleep on the sofa in front of the TV.
