After fleeing her high-powered job in the city and a failed marriage, Penny Bowden has arrived in Bellamy Cove, a small beach town on the outer edge of Cape Cod. She’s purchased a run-down horse farm - complete with horses and a farm hand - and plans to make her living by offering riding lessons to townsfolk and tourists alike.
