Lazarus chose his name after surviving the Black Plague. He discovered he could sense the immediate futures of those around him and set up shop as a healer in 1879 St. Petersburg. His charmed life got upended with the introduction of a peculiar boy apprentice whose fate he could not read.

His clients included:

Catherine Dolgorukov-Ambitious lady-in-waiting with little patience

Pyotr Tchaikovsky-High-strung composer with troubling secrets

Yulia Zhadovskaya-Poet with physical abnormalities and a healthy libido

Follow Lazarus as he struggles with whether to intervene in Russian history due to the foreknowledge of an impending catastrophic event.
