Over the years the Apache have been led by many legendary people. Two well known Apache legends, and the two that I have chosen to write about, are Geronimo and Cochise. They lived in turbulent times. Times when these two legends needed to join forces to fight for their lands and the lives of their people against the Mexican and the American soldiers.
