This book contains abstracts of King George County court orders, 6 November 1724 to 7 June 1728 (original pages 223-408). These detailed abstracts of court orders cover matters brought before the court such as: deeds, runaway slaves, individuals sworn to or ordered to appear before the grand jury, bonds, deeds of lease and release, grants of imparlance, ejectione firma, adjudgements of the ages of slaves, wills, cases of thievery, chancery cases. There are also civil cases dealing with debt and punishment of runaway indentured servants. The original page number is given at the end of each entry.
