This book is autobiographical in nature and describes the author's exposure to mental illness starting in childhood conversations with adults, in the 1950's, and progressing through school playgrounds, a factory subculture in Detroit, Michigan, medical school at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, Detroit General Hospital Emergency Room in Detroit, Michigan, Lafayette Clinic, a psychiatric hospital in Detroit Michigan, Henry Ford Hospital, in Detroit, Michigan, Riverside Psychiatric Hospital, a Prison Hospital in Ionia Michigan. Various prisons and Forensic psychiatric hospitals in Michigan and California, and over 21 assignments as an independent contractor since 2008. The concepts of mental illness and mental health are fuzzy and uncertan, The science of psychiatry is fuzzy and uncertain and obscured by, "Trade Secrets," and copyrights that have more to do with business than science.
