Bill (BiRo) was born in Byfleet, in Surrey. He loves to make people smile and has always held a passion for art and illustration. Bill worked as a newspaper cartoonist for a number of years. His commitment to follow his dream and write, illustrate and publish a children’s book holds particular significance with ‘Jimmy Beal’s Ordeal’, as Bill and his wife Michele had two small children (Ashleigh and Jonathan) at the time of writing. Now semi retired, Bill continues to express his creativity in portraits and landscapes.
