Larry was born in Hagerstown, Maryland and raised in Elkins, West Virginia. He graduated from Fairmont State College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology and Psychology. He finished his Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at West Virginia University. He worked thirty years for the State/Federal Rehabilitation Program in West Virginia. Larry is a Licensed Professional Counselor in West Virginia and Virginia. He opened Resolutions Counseling, Inc. which is a Biblically based counseling practice in Bridgeport, WV. Larry became a disciple of YESHUA in 1976. He firmly believes in applying Biblical principles to everyday life. He has provided marital counseling for hundreds of couples with an emphasis on conflict resolution and reconciliation. Larry and his wife, Deanna, have been married for 49 years. The Bells have two children, Jessica and Kenan. He has been blessed with five grandchildren: Violet, Sophia, Ivory Jane, Hudson and Westray. He enjoys traveling and leading groups to Israel. He plays tennis, hunts and teaches in a variety of settings. Larry taught with Walk Thru the Bible Ministries for over thirty years. Larry owns and operates Christian Counseling Service in Lynchburg, Virginia.
