Here in THE UNITED STATES OF AFRICA

there are new heroes to celebrate, new lands

to discover and a new nation to witness in its

founding and its genesis. You may wonder

what qualifies the present writer to offer you

a ticket to this great adventure. But he would simply chuckle with an ironic laugh while

referring you to the ten volumes that came before this. Nothing qualifies this writer

to trek the highways and the byways of THE UNITED STATES OF AFRICA more than

anyone else. He simply chose to go there, where nobody knows what will happen next

and invites the citizens and members of all so-called races and nations and lands to a

guided tour of the nation-states of THE UNITED STATES OF AFRICA.

Albert Einstein was quoted as having said imagination is more important than

knowledge. Once you have thoroughly examined the contents of this volume, you can

make up your own mind about that. After the Roll Call and the vote, look to the sky and
