This is a saga about a woman coming of age. It’s a melodrama about virtue in peril, the trials, tribulations, and triumphs in the wake of discovering where a girl’s heart and future belongs in the tapestry of passion, hope, and courage, an inexorable struggle for redemption. The setting and the main characters in this story are real people who grew up and resided in the Ponderosa Hills subdivision of Spokane though some of the names of individuals have been changed. The author took the liberty of greatly exaggerating and embellishing the lives, events, and circumstances in the story to purvey a more interesting, captivating, but fictional story line.
