The perpetrator moved from one town after another, leaving behind a trail of bodies. Only to disappear and to reappear a year and a half later in north Florida. Flagler Beach detectives Matt Morgan and Tom Donnor were partners for ten years. This was a hard case, the hardest case they had every encountered.
