Reilingh tells about the uncommon events and fascinating adventures in the tropical forests of Liberia fifty years ago. He observed the simple and suspicious natives with their mysterious customs and black magic. He saw their suffering from diseases and noticed the results of their local treatments. He was trained as a mining engineer, worked after Liberia in Bolivia, He then emigrated to Canada, where he continued his career in Quebec, New Brunswick and Onrtario. Eventually he had his own successful company in Windsor, Ontario.
