Michael Allen is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Therapeutic Connections an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Howard County Maryland. Mr. Allen has a bachelor’s degree from SUNY New Paltz College and a master’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. Windows to Your Soul is an interactive workbook that provides the reader with a template to create their own memoir based on defining moments in their lives. The workbook focuses on family relationships and is a healing tool. It incorporates several exercises from Mr. Allen’s professional experience as a Case Manager at Johns Hopkins Hospital Community Psychiatry, University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where Mr. Allen served as the lead Social Worker in the Violence Intervention Program, Progressive Life Center (youth diversion program) as an inner city youth counselor and Morgan State University where Mr. Allen was an adjunct professor instructing a Group Dynamics course. The interactive exercises in this workbook will help the reader within their journey to a deeper sense of self-discovery. This workbook will greatly impact youth, college students, clients and individuals of all ages.
