Witch’s Stew
William Mayo
Witch’s Stew is a story in poetry form about an inquisitive child (boy or girl) who follows a haggard old witch into the forest, finds her cave, and secretly watches as she prepares her special stew for ghost’s and goblin’s day . It is designed as an interactive book between reader and child, and suggested props are provided to make the experience even more suspenseful. The theme of the book includes a practical lesson on the importance of using one’s eyes, brain, and heart to ensure each child has SAFE fun during Halloween.
