This book is written just with you in mind, literally, to open up that mind by using your Chakras and Chakra Stones. The only thing you will need is either a Chakra set as indicated on page 3 (which you can easily get from Amazon or other similar stores) or natural crystals of the stones in the pack. If you already have a set of Chakra Stones/Crystals and they differ somewhat to those in the book it does not matter as long as you know which Chakra they relate to. I have also included a Chakra Rainbow Meditation for you to enjoy as part of this journey with me which I hope you enjoy as much as my previous students.
