One Beltzhoover, Col. Daniel Beltzhoover, graduated from West Point and served in the Civil War as a Confederate. Though considerable is contained herein of his life and career, a book, in and of itself, could be made. To cap this historical and family migration, there is a 5,000 name index that is cross-referenced with maiden names.
