As Charlie, an 85 yr. old, retired Police & Private Investigator of 40 years, sits looking out the massive windows of his ninth floor apartment, overlooking the lush green Florida Forest of palm trees below, his thoughts go back over his lifetime and he realizes all his life he was being readied for his Destiny as "The Investigator" and as his thoughts run back over the past he thinks, "I wish I could tell others about how it all happened and what real Police and Private Detectives do."
