Author started having ideas and visions of strange structures and their unique positioning on a two dimensional and three dimensional plane. The first time author have envisioned those elements in different form was at the age of ten. Author didn't understand what it was but had a fierce desire to find out. This desire awakened his mind and pulled his into the world of high technologies leading his not only to pursue electronic engineering as a profession, but also use this language in his creative process. The creation of these art works allows me to "fall back into childhood," by playing and rearranging those pieces into a different aesthetic order. Anatoly Karpov was born in 1947 in St. Petersburg, Russia. He holds PhD in Electronic Engineering from the Forest Technical Academy, where he was a full time researcher and a senior faculty member in the Electronic Engineering Department for over 35 years.
