Ever since the Grand War, the country of Licenia has been quiet and content. Business continues as usual in the capital of Priius, where a young man from the eastern farmlands has just moved, in search of work. He finds instead a group of violent freedom-fighters who claim to be working to restore democracy to a sleeping nation. Upon being persuaded to join their cause, he is presented time and time again with challenges to his existing view of morality. Throughout the time he spends in the company of these men, he is left asking himself what means are justified by his ends, and how many wrongs one can commit in the name of the greater good.
