The purpose of this Book is to chronicle the Collapse of the USA. As dire and morbid as that sounds, one will be presenting the various Factors that have contributed to this Outcome, in one's Personal Opinion. The Term is not found in any Conventional Dictionary and not 'Officially' recognized, other than that it is part of the General Understood U.S. Army Colloquialisms. Such Terms are used to Communicate in the Battlefield and in a Time of War. It literally means that in a period of 72 Hours, 'All Hell will Break Loose'. It is, that after a Period of 72 Hours from a given Time Marker, is how much Time there is before an Incident, Situation, Skirmish, Battle, War, or National Collapse is to ensue.
