The story begins with great love and ends in a great tragedy. Kennedy learns through her life long fight against an addiction with cocaine that even the best of us have to atone for all our sins. With Kennedy’s atonement, she could never let go of a forbidden love that was more of an addiction then any line of cocaine she had ever mixed in her blood. Through three relationships and two marriages, she only truly loves one man. A man who though tried to forget her he loved only her all his life. Kennedy tells her life the good times and the bad through the pages of her diary always believing that some times life builds us up for a great joy and we can stand strong but in a instance the wind can change its direction then all we can do is fall on our knees.
