This book does not glorify the horrors of violence. It is a fictional tale of the ghetto gritty streets in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is a tale of how those involved in the drug game must always be on high alert against the murderous jackers who are Creepan on the Come-Up. Kid and Fame are legends on the streets of Charlotte and the most feared gangsters in the Queen City. They have served twelve-year sentences for murder and are coming home to find what remains of their drug empire. Mae has been left in charge of the $250,000-a-week business until their return. She is the leader of an all-female jackan crew. When Ale, one of Maeas crew, sets up a Jamaican drug dealer, she brings the wrath of his partners upon herself and her crew. Then things begin to go downhill. Now that Kid and Fame are home, Mae must explain how everything was destroyed. After listening to her tale, Kid and Fame plot and commit themselves to regaining what was once theirs.
