Sacred Lays and Lyrics (1850)
John Antes Latrobe
Ron Peterson was drafted while still in high school and was sent immediately to Vietnam in 1968 in non-infantry duty. He has survived several mental health hospitals, countless counselors and both incorrect diagnosis and drug intervention. Always from one job to another as an underpaid and under-skilled blue-collar worker, over a period of thirty-five years, he managed to attain a high level of education and recover from alcoholism and nicotine addiction among others. He finally broke free from the guilty enslavement to an iron-fisted Mosaic Law religion where he served as a minister. Through his eyes are recorded what happens to children from the poisonous family pedagogy and how to really break the vicious cycle–how to worship God as he approves.
