Pride and Greed is a book about Vietnam. It is my personal experience in Vietnam, but it is written as fiction with fictional names in order to avoid lawsuits. When you realize this, you may not like what you’re reading. If you’re a gatekeeper, and feel the Vietnam war was winnable, then you will not like this book. On the other hand, if you want the truth, then you cannot afford to miss this book. I wrote this book for people who seek the truth, and don’t want to repeat the mistakes of history. Cast in light of the current war in Iraq it could be a prognosticator of events in Iraq, and the economic impact this war could bring as it did in the post-Vietnam era.
