The story is about real estate guru Victor Clemmons, who has purchased the now-condemned Allegheny County Mental Hospital. His plans are to renovate it and turn it into the new Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. There have been reports from the construction workers–shadow men, heavy footsteps, voices and other strange claims of paranormal activity. Mr. Clemmons decides to contact the Three Rivers Paranormal Society (TRPS) and have them investigate in an attempt to disprove the reports so the renovation does not fall behind, which would cost Mr. Clemmons thousands of dollars. When TRPS enters the building on Halloween night, what they find is something that they were not bargaining for, and now they must survive, locked inside this horrific place all night while doing battle with this evil, diabolic creature.
